  Beautiful church next to Washington square. Very old and peaceful with an amazing pipe organ.

  This is a seriously beautiful church. If you go at the right time you can go inside and see it's true inner beauty. It is very quiet inside so if you have small kids or kids who don't sit still I'd recommend visiting from the outside. Washington square is across the street and offers lots of grass for picnics and pictures.

  It was the summer of the economic collapse that led to the great recession. An eye-talian lady with huge hair gave me a deli sandwich, half an apple and a handful of coffee flavored saltwater taffy in a brown paper bag to eat in the park. The ironically illuminated postcards in the gift shop read "Don Bosco is OK".

  Did not go in so i cant attest to the interior but was a great landmark outside with a nice park across the street. I was getting a bit lost but found this church and then signs to coit tower where i alter ventured
